Unlocking Career Resilience: The Final Results of the LOTUS Project
Over the past two years, the LOTUS project has worked to strengthen the career management skills and resilience of young people and vocational learners across Europe. In a fast-changing labour market, LOTUS set out to provide innovative, learner-centred resources that empower individuals to navigate transitions, develop employability, and build long-term career resilience.
The project delivered a range of practical tools and training resources designed for both learners and educators, including:
- Toolkit of Interactive Infographics – visually engaging resources to support self-assessment, career exploration, and informed decision-making.
- LOTUS MOOC for Resilience Building – a free online course that helps learners build confidence, adaptability, and the skills needed to respond to challenges in the workplace.
- LOTUS Career Compass – a dynamic resource that integrates career knowledge, skills development, and practical guidance to support lifelong career journeys.
- CPD Resources for Educators and Youth Workers – ensuring that those supporting young people are equipped with the latest tools and methodologies to embed career resilience training into their practice.
